How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped with the preference to be handed directly to the customer.

All of our products are packaged using plastic-free, eco-friendly materials. We recommend ensuring that you are available to receive your order. If you choose to have it left in a safe place, please select a location that is waterproof and secure from animals to prevent any damage to the products, as we cannot take responsibility for any issues arising from parcels left in an unsecured or unsuitable location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer international shipping to USA, and Switzerland.

What is your return policy? 

We are confident that you will absolutely love our products. As cacao is a food product we are unable to accept returns unless there was an issue with your order.
